Welcome!

I’m a computational biologist at Verily Life Sciences in Cambridge, MA. Previously I was a graduate student at MIT, where I was a member of the Gifford lab.  For more about me, see here.

Research

I am interested in the development of computational and statistical models that improve our understanding of biology.  I focus on machine learning and statistical approaches to problems in genetics (model organism and human) and molecular biology.  For more information, see my publications.
